COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Price Basis:
   • The quoted price includes GST (for both supply and service).
   • Standard structure height of 1m is included in the quoted price. Any changes in structure height due to site-specific requirements will incur additional costs.
   • Maximum cable length from the inverter to the termination point is 30 meters; any extra cable must be provided by the customer.
   • System termination will be at the existing ACDB/Meter point
   • Obtaining necessary approvals or permits is solely the customer’s responsibility.
   • The customer must provide an internet connection with Wi-Fi at their cost.
   • The installation timeline is subject to the availability of a clear site. Delays in site availability will result in an extended installation period.
   • If the site is unavailable for installation for more than 15 days after material delivery, the customer must release the remaining 5% balance payment within one week of the 15-day period’s expiry. Installation work will commence only after receiving this balance payment.
2. Transport:

• Transportation costs are included in the quoted price.

3. Payment Schedule:
   • 80% advance payment upon order confirmation.
   • 10% payment on material delivery.
   • 10% payment after installation completion.
4. Delivery Schedule:
   • Delivery will be made within 3-4 weeks from the date of receipt of the purchase order and advance payment.
5. Customer Scope
   • Plumbing, motor installation, and civil work are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Warranty Clause

• Performance Warranty: Not applicable if the solar panels are not cleaned regularly or if installed under shade.
• Warranty excludes breakages or damages (electrical, electronic, or mechanical) caused by accidents or unforeseen weather conditions.
• Warranty begins from the date of installation or commissioning, whichever is earlier.
  • Solar Panels:
    • 25 years warranty.
    • 90% efficiency for the first 10 years.
    • 80% efficiency for the subsequent 15 years.
  • Solar Pump Inverter:
    • 1-year replacement warranty and 1-year service warranty from the date of installation or commissioning, whichever is earlier.

7. Offer Validity
   • The quotation is valid for 10 days from the date of issue.
